- Partial Completion: If a service has been partially completed, a proportional refund may be issued for the uncompleted portion.
- Government Rejection: If a government application is rejected due to documentation errors on our part, we will refile at no additional cost or issue a refund for the professional fees paid.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Government fees once paid to the relevant authority are non-refundable.
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered.
- Delays caused by the client in providing required documents or information.
- Applications rejected by government authorities due to ineligibility or incorrect information provided by the client.
